Therapy is a process. In life, we’re constantly working to find a balance that fits who we are and the stage of life we’re in. Sometimes the strategies that once protected or supported us no longer serve us in the same way. Therapy offers space to pause, reflect, and recalibrate — to accept, forgive, fine-tune, and create something new.

In our work together, we will identify what feels aligned for you and build on the strengths you already possess. I view myself as a co-pilot — walking alongside you to support growth and change. You remain the driver. You determine the direction, the pace, and the destination. My role is to offer perspective, guidance, and support as we navigate the path forward.

While I use evidence-based practices, I also deeply value genuine connection. I approach therapy from a “professionally personal” stance — meaning I bring steadiness and sincerity into the room while maintaining clinical boundaries. I lean into both clinical training and intuition, and when appropriate, I may gently share observations about patterns I notice, emotional shifts, or themes that seem important.

Clients often describe my style as honest, open, and warm. I will thoughtfully name patterns or dynamics that may be impacting you — always with gentleness and respect. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be fully yourself, and I strive to create that kind of space.

I was struggling with my anxiety and depression and I wasn’t sure what to do. After searching all over Seattle I finally came across Seattle Wellness Center. Their staff was warm, welcoming and accommodating to my needs. I could not thank them enough for everything they have done.
