If you are here, something in your life may feel heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming. Reaching out for therapy is not a weakness. It is courage. And I honor that deeply.
Therapy is not about fixing you. It is about understanding you. It is about creating a space where you can slow down, untangle what feels confusing, and feel genuinely seen without judgment. You deserve to be understood as a whole person, not reduced to a diagnosis or a difficult season.
Before becoming a clinician, I experienced therapy from the client’s chair. I understand what it feels like to sit across from someone and hope they truly see you. That experience shaped how I practice. I bring professional training and clinical expertise into the room, but I also bring humility, warmth, and authenticity. I am not sitting above you as the expert on your life. I am a human being walking alongside you, guiding you from exactly where you are.
My approach is collaborative and empowering. We begin where you are, not where you think you should be. You are the expert on your lived experience. My role is to help you build insight, strengthen your inner resources, and develop practical tools that feel realistic and sustainable. Growth happens through safety, compassion, and clarity.
For over 8 years, I have worked across inpatient psychiatric care, residential treatment, community mental health, and outpatient settings, supporting individuals across the lifespan with diverse diagnoses and lived experiences. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, psychosis, personality disorders, substance use, and major life transitions. I am comfortable holding complexity and supporting individuals through both crisis and long-term growth.
Nearly a decade of education and supervised clinical training informs my ability to integrate evidence-based practice with a grounded, deeply human approach to care.
Whatever you are carrying, there is space for it here. You do not have to navigate it alone.

I was struggling with my anxiety and depression and I wasn’t sure what to do. After searching all over Seattle I finally came across Seattle Wellness Center. Their staff was warm, welcoming and accommodating to my needs. I could not thank them enough for everything they have done.
