Hello and welcome to Seattle Wellness Center, I am a clinical supervisor and licensed clinical social worker. Give yourself credit for taking the first step in exploring therapy—it’s a powerful action in itself. As a therapist, I am here to honor your courage.

With my Masters in Clinical Social Work from Smith College and license in Washington state, I bring over 15 years of professional experience to our sessions. From navigating stress and anxiety to boosting motivation and confidence, I’ve supported clients through various challenges and life stages. I have extensive experience in crisis work and have trained in many different modalities including CBT and solution focused  theory. My commitment goes beyond traditional methods and I am a certified sound healer and have extensive training with emotional freedom techniques. I also am certified in nutrition and mental health.

As a clinical supervisor, I take a collaborative and supportive approach, focusing on creating an open, non-judgmental environment where one feels comfortable discussing their challenges and triumphs. I believe balancing guidance with autonomy is essential, while allowing development  of one's clinical judgment.  Building confidence and competence is such an important role in the supervision relationship, I emphasize the importance of self-reflection, encouraging  critically assessing  practices, biases, and emotional responses to clients. My style also includes regular check-ins on well-being and work-life balance, as I believe that maintaining personal health is crucial to providing effective care. Above all, I strive to foster a culture of learning, where mistakes are seen as opportunities for growth and development.

Choosing a path towards a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I’m here to stand by you, offering support and empowerment every step of the way. Let’s embark on this transformative journey together.

I look forward to working with you.
