Hi, I’m really glad you’re here! Looking for a therapist can feel overwhelming, and even landing on this page is a meaningful step. My hope is that therapy can feel less like something you have to do, and more like a space where you can finally exhale.

I believe healing happens through connection — with ourselves, with others, and the world around us. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, attachment- based therapy, person-centered therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), integrating these tools in a way that feels supportive and tailored to your needs. Together, we focus on increasing emotional safety, gently processing past experiences, and strengthening coping skills and self-compassion.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate. I earned my bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of North Texas and my master’s in social work from the University of Washington. I’m EMDR trained and work with an understanding that trauma lives not just in our thoughts, but in our bodies and nervous systems.

I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, and adults in nonprofit settings, substance use treatment programs, and intensive outpatient levels of care. These experiences have reinforced my belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe and seen.

I value authenticity and humor in the therapy space. Therapy is serious work, but it doesn’t have to feel sterile or intimidating. My goal is to offer a warm, grounded space where you can reconnect with yourself, offer compassion to the parts of yourself that have learned to survive hard things, and move toward lasting healing at both the emotional and nervous system level.

If you’re considering therapy, I invite you to reach out. Whether you’re ready to begin or simply have questions, we can take the next step together.
