We all experience struggles in life. I believe that sometimes we just need a bit of help to overcome them. I am an authentic, strengths-based, and solution-focused counselor who aims to assist my clients in such that they use their strengths to find solutions and overcome whatever those struggles may be. I value staying open-minded, warm, authentic, and honest with my clients. I want to give you the space to express yourself and feel safe. I see the world in "grey,” not black and white. When facing challenges, I believe that there are many paths to improvement. As your counselor, I will help and empower you to explore them so that you can move toward a better place.

I have personal experience working with those experiencing depression, ADHD, anxiety, relationship issues, and PTSD. I also have a personal understanding of those who identify as LGBTQ+, feminist, and Catholic. I use a combination of techniques, depending on the client's needs. The main theories I use are Solution-Based, CBT, and Interpersonal.

Having experienced my own life challenges and understanding pain, I will hold a safe, non-judgmental space for you. I am a balanced mix of both feminine and masculine traits and energies. I'm always calm and warm and can be sarcastic and playful when needed to be, or even serious and focused. I am here to offer you the space that you need in order to heal.

I was struggling with my anxiety and depression and I wasn’t sure what to do. After searching all over Seattle I finally came across Seattle Wellness Center. Their staff was warm, welcoming and accommodating to my needs. I could not thank them enough for everything they have done.
