Biography:

As a seasoned therapist, I bring a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental health. With a background spanning from adolescents to elderly adults, I've worked with a diverse range of clients grappling with anxiety, depression, and even severe mental illness, including psychosis, Bipolar Disorder, and Schizophrenia.

My journey in mental health care has been marked by a dedication to evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I hold certification in CBT for psychosis, which equips me with specialized skills to support individuals experiencing the challenges of severe mental illness. I enjoy using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to aid in building self-esteem and combating the negative self-talk that we all tend to engage in from time to time. By combining this expertise with a client-centered and humanistic approach, I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel truly heard, valued, and empowered.

Throughout my career, I've witnessed the transformative power of therapy in helping individuals reclaim their lives from the grip of anxiety, depression, and psychosis. My goal is to provide a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, while collaboratively working towards healing and growth.

Whether you're a teenager struggling to navigate the pressures of adolescence, an adult grappling with the weight of depression, or an elderly individual facing the challenges of aging, I am here to offer support, guidance, and hope on your journey towards mental wellness. Together, we can embark on a path of healing, resilience, and self-discovery.
