My work spans various treatment settings and includes expertise in juvenile justice systems, mental health disabilities, criminology, victimology, trauma psychology, forensic psychology, and biopsychology. Alongside my clinical practice, for the past 10 years, I have taught a range of psychology and social work courses at both graduate and undergraduate levels and have presented public seminars on psychological trauma.

Current Practice:

I offer individual and group therapy to adolescents and adults, adopting a holistic approach to address issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Stress and Adjustment Issues, Relationship Problems, Self-Esteem Issues, Past Trauma Experiences, Generational Trauma, and Psychosis.

Treatment Modalities:

I employ a variety of treatment modalities to best meet the needs of my clients, including strength-based therapy, cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, client-centered therapy, Life Course theory, and crisis counseling.

Additional Background:

I have extensive experience in government agencies where I provided crisis counseling. I have a history of culturally sensitive work across diverse races, genders, identities, and belief systems.
