Biography:

I sincerely believe that everyone deserves a safe, unbiased, and profoundly meaningful space to work through their unique needs and aspirations. Mental wellness is a non-linear process of self-discovery and growth, where we can embrace our mistakes, openly acknowledge our disappointments, and courageously embark on new experiences.
Throughout my personal and professional journey, I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals, families, and communities, helping clients navigate the complexities of neurodivergence intellectual differences, and serving alongside military families and veterans in managing consistent transitions across the U.S. and Europe. By creating nurturing therapeutic spaces, I have witnessed how differences and challenges can foster intrapersonal connections that inspire discovery and wonder in oneself.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in various therapy-based modalities, focusing on psychodynamic, humanistic, and somatic experiences. Using these approaches, I connect with my clients during our sessions. With genuine curiosity and intuition, I get to “see” and connect with the depth of what clients share. I maintain a respectful, admirable, and open attitude toward all my clients.

Outside work, I am a social/introvert who enjoys connecting with others, but recharges in quiet environments. During my free time, you will find me creating ways to laugh and connecting  with friends and family, while hunting for public murals, traveling to try new and delicious food, and seeking memory-making opportunities. To recharge, I enjoy camping, listening to Lofi music, listening to research via Speechify, and taking naps with my sweet 13-year-old Yorkshire pup, Buddy.
