How often and for how long should I do Therapy?

All clients progress at different rates, and people’s goals in therapy are not always the same from person to person, or family to family. Several factors influence how long therapy lasts, including the number and complexity of issues; level of commitment and motivation to making a change; and decisions about what specifically you want to accomplish in your time here.

Our intention is to help people develop and utilize their own skills and knowledge so that in the long run therapy isn’t necessary anymore!

While some programs stretch out therapy in order to keep a high caseload, our intent is to be goal-oriented and brief, with targeted strategies for getting important life goals accomplished for our clients.
