All you need for online therapy is your computer (with webcam), phone, or tablet and an internet connection.

If I start with online therapy, can I switch to in-person?

This depends on the therapist. Some of our therapists can only operate online due to scheduling, location, and so on. Find a nice quiet space you feel comfortable in —a place where you are able to relax and be free of distraction. Turn off anything that could interfere with your online therapy session, such as muting notifications on your phone, turning off your t.v., and so on.
