I am an associate licensed clinical social worker. I graduated from Seattle University with my Master’s degree in Social work. I have worked in a residential treatment center, school counseling, young adult and youth shelter, and community mental health agency, providing in person and Telehealth services.

It is an honor to hold my client’s stories, pain, and wisdom. I have experienced the power of witnessing and being witnessed.

In our work together I invite you to slow down, to notice, and be with the sensations and feelings of your story. This may look like learning to acknowledge with compassion what deserves to be heard. Some of the things you may be carrying have been inherited and during our time together we can unburden what is not yours to carry. I also believe that you have wisdom, strengths, and gifts that deserve room and acknowledgement.

The focus of my work is tailored to address anxiety, self-criticism, adjustment, learning to develop a loving relationship to self and learning to listen to your body, and the immigrant experience.

Outside of work you can find me taking yoga classes, reading a good book, and spending quality time with my loved ones. Oh and let’s not forget, always on the hunt for good food!

I was struggling with my anxiety and depression and I wasn’t sure what to do. After searching all over Seattle I finally came across Seattle Wellness Center. Their staff was warm, welcoming and accommodating to my needs. I could not thank them enough for everything they have done.
