I am an associate licensed clinical social worker who holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Seattle University. I have worked in treatment settings such as permanent supportive housing for chronically homeless veterans, in-home services for children on the autism spectrum, an emergency men’s shelter, a hospital, and a community mental health agency providing telehealth and in-home therapeutic services.
I provide therapy for adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, ADD/ADHD, relationship and family issues, bereavement, and grief. I use a variety of treatment modalities including trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and strength-based therapy. My style is always client-centered, and I draw most often from relational and feminist theories.
The adage, "healing isn't linear" is true and I intend to walk alongside each client as they process each step of their healing journey.
In my free time, I love to explore neighborhood restaurants, I enjoy game nights, and I can never pass up a quiet night in with a movie or a book.

I was struggling with my anxiety and depression and I wasn’t sure what to do. After searching all over Seattle I finally came across Seattle Wellness Center. Their staff was warm, welcoming and accommodating to my needs. I could not thank them enough for everything they have done.
