Biography:

As a clinician, I believe that it takes a lot of strength to take the initial step towards opening yourself and beginning to heal from things that have felt overwhelming. I believe that finding the right provider is an essential part of successful therapy. I am an Associate Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

I have worked in treatment settings, such as non-profit organizations, working with sexual assault survivors, as well as in outpatient settings, providing teletherapy services for concerns such as social anxiety, adjustment, relationship distress, self-esteem, and trauma/PTSD.

I feel that it is a privilege to be a part of my clients’ healing journey through life’s challenges, and I work to create a safe space for you to be heard, supported, and understood. I work with a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic, and a trauma-informed lens that supports individuals as the expert in their life story. I will walk with you to the other side of your pain, where personal growth and healing happens. I look forward to helping you find healing, wellness, and empowerment.

I was struggling with my anxiety and depression and I wasn’t sure what to do. After searching all over Seattle I finally came across Seattle Wellness Center. Their staff was warm, welcoming and accommodating to my needs. I could not thank them enough for everything they have done.
