Biography:

I believe that improving our quality of life can take many forms and starting therapy is one of the most transformative. The therapeutic journey requires courage and commitment. It is not easy or fast, but the outcomes can be life-changing. Gaining a deeper understanding of your emotions and discovering your true self in the process is invaluable.
As your therapist, I am here to walk beside you, exploring both your strengths and areas of struggle. My holistic, Jungian, and client-centered approach aims to foster meaningful growth and well-being in a safe, non-judgmental space. In our sessions, we will delve into your dreams, images, and scenarios to uncover the thoughts and behaviors beneath the surface. Each person is unique; your treatment will be tailored to your individual needs using expressive resources to reveal hidden aspects of yourself.
Quoting Jung, “The main objective of psychological therapy is not to transport the patient to an impossible state of happiness, but rather to help them acquire firmness and patience in the face of suffering. Life happens in a balance between joy and pain.” My goal is to help you find this balance.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching movies and TV shows, hiking, and climbing. Being close to nature is very important to me and the Pacific Northwest offers the perfect setting for these activities.
