I am an Independent Clinical Licensed Social Worker Associate, or LSWAIC. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Seattle University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University. Much of my career thus far has been in the nonprofit sector, from housing, to food access and beyond. I also have experience working at a nonprofit organization, supporting neurodivergent adults.
My approach to practice is primarily relational, with a focus on how we interact with the people and social structures within which we exist. I utilize several modalities, but mainly use psychodynamic, strengths-based, and anti-oppressive practice. I am enthusiastic about working with a wide variety of identities, and strive to affirm the unique experiences of everyone who joins me in this work. I am especially passionate about working with neurodiversity, queer identities, and other experiences of marginalization. I work with adults of all ages, and am available in-person or online.
There is a lot of pain in the world, but you don't have to carry it alone. My approach to practice is primarily relational, with a focus on how we interact with the people and social structures within which we exist. I draw mainly from CBT, Attachment, and Person-Centered care, but we'll collaborate on which modalities are best-suited to meet your needs. I am enthusiastic about working with a wide variety of identities and strive to affirm everyone who joins me in this work.
I value differences in opinion and believe therapy should be an unconditionally supportive environment. Neurodivergence, queer identities, and disability are of special interest to me, but I am comfortable and confident with individual adults of all identities.
My goal is to support the people I work with in meeting their needs. I’d love to discuss how we can achieve this together. Please reach out to me for a free consultation so we can begin.

I was struggling with my anxiety and depression and I wasn’t sure what to do. After searching all over Seattle I finally came across Seattle Wellness Center. Their staff was warm, welcoming and accommodating to my needs. I could not thank them enough for everything they have done.
