I have spent half a decade serving as an outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) therapist. Both positions has helped me gain expertise in the various levels of care that clients require based on their symptomology and utilization of crisis services, as well as their access to resources and supports. In addition, understanding the importance of crisis management, symptom management, personal growth in my treatment planning and approach with clients and that foundation to every therapeutic relationship is building rapport.
My therapeutic trainings and focus include CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and person centered. My main areas of practice include but are not limited to: Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Crisis Intervention, Depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, OCD, Relationship issue, Stress, LGBTQ+ informed, Gender Dysphoria, Transgender, and Sexual Orientation.
I believe that happiness and fulfillment are possible for everyone, and through psychotherapy, you will learn strategies and gain skills to more effectively address the challenges you face. Together, we will work to leave behind the struggles faced today and equip you with the tools to move onward to a future of happiness and success.

I was struggling with my anxiety and depression and I wasn’t sure what to do. After searching all over Seattle I finally came across Seattle Wellness Center. Their staff was warm, welcoming and accommodating to my needs. I could not thank them enough for everything they have done.
