I am an Independent Clinical Licensed Social Worker, or LSWAIC. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of Arkansas at Little Rock. I have been working in the field of mental and behavioral health since 2018. I have worked in the psychiatric emergency department, local community mental health, & inpatient psychiatric treatment facilities. I’ve spent most of my career thus far working with vulnerable populations and doing crisis management. I am an adroit Social Worker with the ardent desire to enhance the collective well-being of individuals coping with mental health instabilities. Well versed in Behavioral Health; with an emphasis on mood disorders, thought disorders, substance use disorders, and adolescent treatment.
I provide therapy for young teens and adults who are experiencing mental health and behavioral health challenges. I help clients address their Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, day to day Psychosocial stressors, Postpartum Depression, Inner child work, Self Perception and Identity, and mental health counseling. I use a vast variety of treatment modalities to help my clients reach their treatment goals. Some of those modalities include but are not limited to: Cognitive & Dialectical behavioral therapy, strength-based therapy, humanistic based therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, internal personal therapy, supportive psychotherapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
We are all our own individuals who are trying to navigate through life in the healthiest way possible. I recognize that in order for us to do that, we have to have a strong mindset, accountability, vulnerability, and a support system. It is okay to accept help and have someone to share your toughest battles with. Therapy allows you to feel stronger in the face of challenges, helps you build feelings of empowerment, improves your relationships & interactions with your loved ones, helps you recognize behaviors that hold you back, and brings awareness to ways of thinking that affect how you feel. I believe everyone deserves peace, kindness, and happiness—however that may look for them.
We will work together as a team as you navigate through your challenges. Remember, you are not responsible for your trauma, but you are responsible for your healing.

I was struggling with my anxiety and depression and I wasn’t sure what to do. After searching all over Seattle I finally came across Seattle Wellness Center. Their staff was warm, welcoming and accommodating to my needs. I could not thank them enough for everything they have done.
