Putting yourself out there is hard. One thing I admire about my patients is the need to ask for help during some of the most challenging and vulnerable moments in their lives. And, as a therapist, I love being a part of that journey to help them find themselves again and reach their fullest potential.
As a Queer and Black provider, I understand the systemic processes that affect clients from all walks of life. It is my hope that I can advocate for, and challenge this system to provide better access to care and interventions that can help improve my patients’ lives, while acknowledging that there is still so much work to be done.
I hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Colorado Christian University, and since that time, I have been humbled to give back to the community providing therapy services to those who need it most. Starting working with homeless adults, I learned the ins and outs of having to work on challenging the system and providing resources to our most vulnerable. From there, I’ve served the last 5 years in community mental health, helping adolescents to adults. My wide range of clinical experiences has allowed me to help clients who struggle with racism, homophobia, anxiety, depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, and more. My approach is centered in helping clients find the power that they hold within themselves, and helping them find strength in trusting their own stories and judgment. I am honored to be a part of that journey from the start.
I am CBT-for Psychosis certified, DBT Certified, and am working on my Social Justice certification. As a result, I use all of these to help provide care to those who are referred to me. I am looking forward to growing alongside you.

I was struggling with my anxiety and depression and I wasn’t sure what to do. After searching all over Seattle I finally came across Seattle Wellness Center. Their staff was warm, welcoming and accommodating to my needs. I could not thank them enough for everything they have done.
